Akure gets female regent

Princess Adetutu Adesida Ojei was yesterday installed as the new Deji of Akure to fill the position which has been vacant since the 1st of December 2013.
She took over from the late Oba Adesida.

Despite the numerous pleas by the former Oba, Prince Oluwadare Adesina to be reinstalled back. Adesina was deposed in may 30, 2010 for battering his wife Olori Bolanle, now late.
